Unexpected snacks made my stay

The King Room was spacious, with a 55-inch TV for evenings and complimentary snacks, like smoked salmon, that were a good surprise. The free breakfast boasted plenty of healthy options.

While the amenities were great, the pool area could use more outdoor seating for relaxation.

Silver Cloud offered really good customer service, evident from the staff's proactive approach in addressing my needs during my business stay. The King Room was spacious and accommodated my work necessities effectively, providing ample desk space and a comfortable chair. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast with high-quality items like fresh pastries and organic juices, fueling my workday. The convenient location near the Microsoft campus also made business engagements seamless.

Parking spaces were tighter than preferred.

A spacious well equipped room provided with a jacuzzi tub and fantastic breakfast, for example. Excellent service at the bar! Easy parking nearby.

Spacious, quiet, very clean & friendly

the room felt a bit cramped at first glance. but the comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep. enjoyed the fast wifi throughout and the delicious breakfast made mornings blissful. also, the staff were genuinely helpful and attentive!

The location is super convenient, just a short drive from the microsoft campus. The free snacks with smoked salmon and wine on tuesdays were a good surprise. The huge tv and comfy bed in my king room made relaxing easy.

Lots of jets taking off in the morning starting at 6 am

No complaints at all!

We asked the front desk staff what normal breakfast hours are and they indicated that they are from 6:30 on Saturday until 9:30. We were leaving near 6am and the general manager overheard this conversation and suggested that the hotel would pack us a special breakfast that we could enjoy before the "official" breakfast time. This was a fantastic accommodation and we will highly recommend your hotel to friend, colleagues, and family. Thank you! Charlie H

The FREE snacks with smoked salmon and wine on Tuesdays were a good surprise! The bed was so comfy 😊. Only downside was the breakfast could use a bit more variety.
